LEARN TO DRAW AND PAINT
I have a wealth of experience teaching art and design in colleges up to Honours Degree level. More recently collaborating to design workshops and short courses in art and illustration, working with organisations and individuals. I also offer practical guidance for 'A' level students who are preparing their portfolio for University submission.
My background is in natural history illustration and wildlife art, working in a variety of media including; watercolour, acrylics, graphite and oils. However I can plan engaging lessons that will help you develop an understanding and skills to convey tone, form colour and light for whatever subject you are interested in. Many of my students have gone on to be leading professionals in the creative industries, but you may wish to have lessons to improve your technique of a media or drawing application, as a leisure painter.
Whether a complete beginner or experienced artist, through patience, understanding and working together I can tailor a programme to suit your individual requirements.
Sessions can be held in your own home and you can select a half day, full day or evening class. Prices start at £35/hour for individual tuition.
If you would like to get in touch to arrange a suitable lesson time and to discuss how I can tailor lessons to suit you, then please make an enquiry.
